About me

Hi, I’m Simone — chef, chocolate-maker, and mom of two.

This idea was born during a season of rest — after I closed my restaurant and returned to the quiet joy of creating with my hands. I’ve cooked in some of the busiest kitchens in New York, drawn flavors from my Sichuanese-Singaporean roots, and built restaurants inspired by soul food from every corner of the world. But chocolate? It feels like magic. Like poetry. Like play.

Each bonbon and bar is a little love letter — to memory, travel, tea, umami, fruit, and family. I use premium couverture, healing herbs, and ingredients that whisper or shout with intention. Some bars are elegant and calm. Some bonbons are mischievous and loud. But all are made with care, by hand, in small batches right here in Austin, Texas.

This project is named after my daughter Zoë, and it’s dedicated to both of my kids — to curiosity, nourishment, and joy. Thank you for being here. I hope these chocolates bring you delight.

Sustainability & Sourcing

I work with trusted couverture makers who prioritize ethically sourced, high-quality cacao. Whenever possible, I choose organic, local, or seasonal ingredients — not just for flavor, but for the values they carry. My packaging is minimal and recyclable, designed to honor the chocolate, not distract from it.
